a glimpse into my editing

It’s been a very busy few months for me since I started my Post-Production program at Humber College. I have been learning so much about editing and am really enjoying the program so far. I’ve done a lot of editing on Avid Media Composer, Pro Tools and Adobe After Effects, which were all new to me and posed quite the challenge. Adobe Premiere Pro was my main for years, but I’ve barely touched that program since I started school! I’ve worked on a lot of projects not only in picture editing, but in sound and VFX as well. Some were easier than others, and some caused quite a headache, but overall I’m proud of the work I put into each edit.

The first semester has finished and I, thankfully, passed all my exams! So here’s a glimpse at some of the work I did throughout the semester.

This is my documentary project that I submitted for my Production Foundation class. Everything was shot and edited by me.

This next video is a compilation of all the VFX projects I did this semester. VFX was definitely one of my most challenging but favourite classes. I had a lot of fun adding my own twists to certain projects haha.
